How we strategised to tackle the audacious goal of doubling Camp Quality’s fundraising income in 3 years.


The need

In 2018, Camp Quality challenged us with a big hairy audacious goal – to double their income by 2021. The goal? $30 million total fundraising income, with digital accounting for $1.5million (almost 3 times more than the channel was generating at the time).

With a lack of internal digital resources & literacy, we were tasked with strategising an entire digital overhaul and implementation plan to make it happen.
